Meditation

The art of quieting your mind allows you to connect with your source (God or a higher power) and offers immune enhancing effects (1,2,3). There are many sites that offer calming music and guided meditations such as Brain Sync, Hay House and The Chopra Centre.  I find Brain Sync’s Positive Thinking meditation very helpful to keep my thoughts positive.

My husband credits his daily mediation with helping him regain his health and remain calm. Each day he would meditate, with a focus on healing his body.

I believe meditation is very helpful to release suppressed emotions such as anger, fear and sadness.  My husband and I took an excellent in person meditation course with Brahma Kumaris which taught us how to connect with our source.  James Van Praagh also offers some great online courses including Mastering Meditation and 28 Days to Total Transformation.
