Following Your Passion

Remember when you discovered something that you absolutely loved to do – that brought you so much joy that you lost track of time? Well it’s time to get back to those things. If you don’t have enough energy you can read about your favourite activities and plan what you will do when you feel well enough. For some people their passion is writing poetry, for others it’s gardening or cooking or painting or stock trading or tinkering with cars or learning about architecture.

My husband loves to garden and cut the lawn.  During the winter when he was recuperating from a chemo treatment, he would plan how he would cut the lawn once the snow melted.  He imagined the scent of the freshly cut grass and how nice the garden would look when he was finished with it.

Whatever your passion start focusing on what you love to do.
