Your body naturally adjusts to       create an optimal pH balance however scientists have discovered that eating a variety of potassium rich fruits and vegetables can help to balance the effects of acid producing foods (2).

Some suggestions to add to your diet include:

  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Mango
