There are many foods that can help to suppress cancer and I’ve grouped them by activity.

  • Anti-inflammatory foods help to reduce chronic inflammation
  • Anti-glycemic foods help to regulate blood sugar
  • Tumour suppressor foods offer cancer preventative compounds
  • Epigenetic nutrients help to control your DNA and are linked to decreased rates of some types of cancer
  • Foods which contain phytochemicals are being studied for their cancer protective properties
